How to customize my Shop page

Hi guys and Hannah,
This may seem like a silly question but I cannot see how to change what displays on my main shop page. Right now it is showing all my products, but I would like to show only 4 main categories. I don’t know how to go about. Is there a tutorial, I looked and couldn’t find it.
