How To Display Posts According To Post Format?

Hey, I’d like to know if there’s a way I can display blog posts on a page according to post format rather than category?
Let’s say that I have four categories
– Category 1
– Category 2
– Category 3
– Category 4
Each of these categories have posts like –
– Written Articles
– Videos (Embedded Videos)
– Podcast (Small Article with Embedded Audio)
– Images
So if I create 4 pages with names – Blog, Videos, Podcast and Quotes (For Images), is there a way I can display posts inside them according to the format rather than categories?
Or in other words, how do I create sections in menu that displays only videos, or only articles or only images, irrespective of the categories the post belongs to?
