How to have Accordion scroll back to top

Hi K-Team,
I have an issue that I have not been able to resolve and hope you can point me in the right direction.
Please go to *Login to see link – this is a dev site so please excuse some of the mess. And actually after thinking about it I probably should of laid it out slightly different but it would be a lot of rework. So hopefully there can be a fix for this.
Click on General FAQs
Scroll Down
Now click Interior or Exterior Painting FAQs – is there a way to have the page automatically scroll back up to the top of the accordion?
