How to hide shipping for digital products?

Hi,
We have both physical and digital products in our store.
For customers who have physical products in their cart we want to display shipping fields by default
however for anyone having purchasing digital products we want to hide most fields for a faster checkout (displaying only name and email fields essentially).
How can we achieve this?
Hiding fields with Shop Kit doesn’t work because if someone adds a physical product there is a checkbox that needs to be toggled in order to display address fields.
