How to install a non google font on Virtue

Hello Again Virtue Theme team! I am trying to install a font (not from google font). I was trying to see if someone else asked this question but I did not find answer any. In any case, I was wondering if you can help on how to install a font named Font Berlin Sans FB Demi Bold which I will download from *Login to see link This is for a website and a stubborn client that wants the menu with this font and only this font. Many thanks for your help.
