How to retrieve configuration

A server technician has transferred over a site that I developed using Virtue theme. It appears he migrated over just the content and the related files, but not the custom configurations for the theme. He is having troubles locating what table the configuration settings are saved in the old database.
I know it is possible to export/import all the settings, but before he went ahead and transferred (without discussing with me, the developer nor the client) that export did not happen (grrrr). Can you help point us in the right direction, please?
It will take a lot of time to reconfigure it all. Thank you!
