How to set the flip box size

Hi Ben / Hannah
A very quick question: Please can you advise how I set the max height of the flip boxes? Think they are a great new addition but can’t for the life of me see how I can change their sizes.
There is a section at the bottom that does say Box height I know, but it doesn’t actually seem to change the size of the flip box itself!????
