How to size a you tube embed and also have it be responsive

Hi,
I embedded a video into this portfolio post *Login to see link
but I can’t resize it. I would like it to be smaller. Also on phones it shows really big. I tried the gutenberg block, the site origin one, also an iframe.
right now i have 2 on that page.
Maybe there is a way to do this that I am missing.
