How to vertically align to the bottom at mobile

Hello, i have a row > section > advance text
in desktop i want this text be aligned to the middle, so I use the controls in the screenshot attached, but in mobile , i want this same text be aligned to the bottom, but the controls are the same for all sizes? if i change them in mobile view, they change in desktop view too
