I can’t upload a video

I’m trying to upload a video, due to the size I uploaded it from my cPanel from my host, but it doesn’t work. I’m using revolution slider to create one of video, but it doesn’t allow me to upload the video to WordPress. I contacted the support of my hosting and they told me that the Virtue Theme is blocking this, what can I do? I only wish to place a video slide in home in a full size.
