Hi, I would like to know if it’s possible to add more custom fields to the standard Contact Us form which comes with the Virtue Premium theme. The form looks nice, but I need to add a few more fields (Address, Phone, Subject, etc). Please let me know if there is a way to do that? Thanks, Gary
