I want to add list boxes in Kadence theme with using default Gutenberg editor

Hi folk, I want to create a list in shape of blocks, I know it can be done by using custom css, I tried that as well with custom classes and css, but it only effects home page, I’ve searched the forums but couldn’t find anything. Looking forward to your kind help, Image attached of list how I need it to be.
