Ideal Block to setup a row with split content – image one side and text other

Hi,
I’m trying to setup a row with one side an image and the other side text content. However, with the 3 methods I’ve tried: split content block, row background image, row column background image; all give very far aw results from the way these type of common functions work. Can you please adivse?
