Image Carousel Not Showing on Feature Page

I’ve got a Feature template page with the type set to Image carousel but the carousel won’t appear.
The same gallery images on the same page display fine when set to Image Slider (either crop).

The page does use Page Builder, is there a known conflict?
I tried removing all custom CSS and it made no difference.
