Image Menu: Vertical Align Text

Hi!
I’m having difficulties vertical aligning the text in the image menu on my website. I want the text to be centered both horizontically and vertically. The image menu settings under theme settings does not seem to provide any options to tweak this. I know it is possible to create the image menu with the layout builder as a widget, but I don’t want to do this.
Can you provide me with the proper CSS to align the text in the image menu both horizontically and vertically?
