Hi, I was hoping that it would be possible to have the following effect on the Image Overlay block:

The image has an initial non-transparent overlay that completely covers the image. Then on mouse over, the overlay becomes semi-transparent (for example 20%) revealing the image.

From the product description I got the impression this would be possible by setting the initial Opacity option to 1 (usually that means 100% opaque) and then setting the Hover Overly Settings to any other desired transparency. But setting initial Opacity to 1 only gives an opaque cover when the Hover Overlay Settings are set to opacity 1 too. Meaning the image will never be revealed on mouse over :'(

Is this possible at all?
