Image scaling

Hi
When I make my browser window smaller on my homepage (www.wellfedfood.com) the image at the top left (a tricycle) scales down but the badge at the top right does not. I would like the tricycle image to act like the badge: i.e. stay the same size until the window gets to a certain size at which point it should disappear. Is this possible?
Also, is it possible to align the badge on the right with the corner of the product box below (so that it mirrors the position of the tricycle picture)?
