Images in blog posts not rescaling

Hey,
I just noticed images I’ve added to blog posts aren’t being rescaled for mobile devices. I wondered if this might be because of something I’ve done or if I’ll need to add some custom CSS? (I assumed core WP/the theme would automatically handle this, so fear I’ve broken something?)
