Implement Infinite Scroll on blog posts (not archive)

Hello,
is there a way in Kadence theme to implement the infinite scroll on blog post so that when the visitor finishes reading an article, another one loads immediately under it (and changes the url)?
As an example take a look at this page *Login to see link at the end of the article, the next one loads automatically and the url changes.
