Info Box block – strange layout issue or bug related to Title position

Hi,
I create 2 layout rows, each with 2 columns and each column has a simple Info Box block in it. The second layout row was copy/pasted from the first, however the Info Box title layouts in the second identical Row Layout block and going a little haywire, can you please advise?
