Info cards – content alignment when content length varies

Hello, I struggle with getting info cards to look nice when content length inside the info cards varies. To illustrate:

What I’ve managed to do so far: set a min-height for all info cards:
How I would want the boxes to look like:
I would have more options if I used ROW LAYOUT instead of info cards but I don’t know of a convenient way to make a whole row layout clickable link. Is there? Please help – internet is full of “info cards” that look good!
