Inputted API into Misc Settings Still no map on Contact

Hi,
I have read several of the posts on the forum regarding maps no longer showing up. I have gotten a Google API, pasted it into the Misc Settings in the Theme Google Maps API. and still no map shows. I’ve tried inputting both an address and lat & long in the section on the Contact page. It won’t save any changes made to the “Location ” box. Just a grey box with, “Oops! Something went wrong.This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.” I don’t know where or what the JavaScript console is. I have gone to Google API console and don’t see anywhere there to enter either lat & long, or an address for that API key. The website page is springcityutah.org/contact
