Inserting an Image Link on the top of each page

Hi Guys,
I am trying to insert an image/link at the top of each page, just below the title of the page.
Like here but in all pages:
*Login to see link
The image is a link redirecting to another site.
Could you please tell me how to insert this in the page template maybe?
