Is swipe available on mobile

I am using feature products and sale products carousel on the home page. Is there a way of having the ability the swipe the products across on mobile version. At the moment you have to click the arrows but sometimes you click into the product by accident if you don’t click directly on the arrows.
Swipe actin would be so much more effective for the user.
