I won’t take up much of your time, but I just started working with Kadence pro and blocks pro. I love how they work, but I have a particular need on a site I’m creating, an after looking through the kadence forums I haven’t found anything close.

I am using posts to store a couple of items about recently deceased people. What I would like to do is display all recent obituary people, their age and home town, their funeral home and a thumbnail picture.

Kadence doesn’t give much control over the archive layout, so it will only display a pic with excerpt and you can’t edit much as far as presentation. I tried using an element, which works much better for appearance and formatting, but the problem is you can use dynamic content and custom fields, but you have to add each individually. I’m looking for a way to grab those fields like picture, age and funeral home automatically from each post category, and keep displaying that element until all posts are displayed.

Is that even possible?

I know you’re busy folks, so I thought I’d reach out. If you’re able to help, thanks in advance.

I’ve embedded a picture of the page as I want it to look, dynamically loaded from posts in the obituary category.

In the example below, I used advance custom fields for the age, funeral home and city. The name comes from the post title.
