Is 'woocommerce fedex shipping plugin' compatible with Virtue Premium?

I have downloaded the woocommerce fedex shipping plugin. When I test it out I get an error message that says “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help” Would this be a woocommerce problem or maybe it is not compatible with Virtue or maybe its me. Can you point me in the right direction?
