Issue with Homepage Layout Manager

Hello,
I would like to test the different options of the homepage. For example, displaying call to action or widget.
But I do not understand because I have put “enabled” for “call to action” and “widget”. I have filled the fields but nothing displays on my homepage : *Login to see link
If you need, I can send you a login in private.
