Issues with Video

My home page includes a video that automatically plays when people land on the page, but the video is too large for mobile. I then created a separate mobile version and saved it in the Mobile Home Slider. However, now when I go to the Home page on a desktop, the video plays really slowly and I get an echo because the site is playing the soundtrack from the mobile version at the same time (however the mobile version audio played just fine).
I have taken down the mobile version of the video for now, which fixes the problem, but I’d like to have the video display on mobile devices as well when people go to the website. Is there an easy-fix to this problem? The website is http://www.coastalselfdefenseacademy.org
