Hello Ben,
Please, verify why the italian translation is not added in your Kadence Blocks – Gutenberg Page Builder Toolkit and Kadence Blocks Pro I had to add it again manually to each website.
If you don’t have it anymore or do you lost the files you can download from here and here2
