Kadence Blocks Plugin Error message

Greetings!
I am having problems with my kadence blocks plugin.
Wordpress is not allowing me to login as regular. I have to use recovery mode.
It is giving me this error message.
Could you tell me if I need to erase this line? If so, how do I find it?
Or could you tell me how to fix this problem?
