Hello there,
Unfornately I’m experiencing the same issue as Luis Pineda Jimenez amd more users.
I’m trying to install to my local site a pro starter pack.
I have a full membership license, all the licenses and necessary kadence tools are activated.
I have also clicked on the little top right icon to sync with the cloud, without any kind of success.
This happens in ALL PRO starter templates.
This is not the first time.
