I need someone from Kadence core development team to chime in here.

I am trying to setup Kadence Pro Forms on the site and have some burning questions.

1. How do I simplify the autoresponder from 2 emails into 1 email?

It seems like there are two autoresponder emails which are sent out when someone fills out the form.

One is for the website owner and one is for customer.

The one for the website owner has no options for editing the “message” which goes out with the email, I need to know where I can edit the exact file, which contains the place where I can add a small note inside of the email, above the lead form submission results, in the body of the email. Hopefully someone here can also clarify how to BCC the customer’s email on that lead email too, thus eliminating the need to send two emails out.

2. The website owner wants us to remove them on 2nd email, because they don’t want 2 emails. Which makes perfect sense. There is no need for them to get the email which is sent to the customer. To accomplish this, I removed website owner from BCC on the form for the customer facing confirmation email.

However, why do we have 2 autoresponders anyways?

Why can’t the customer lead submission email just be the same email which is sent to the website owner? Can’t both be BCC on the lead email, which prints the submission details in the body of the lead submission email (autoresponder)?

3. How do I program this so that the customer is also getting BCC on the same email which has their submission details?

4. After receiving the email, what happens if customer clicks the REPLY button? It needs to reply automatically to both the customers email, and the website owner email (both emails should be in the TO: box, etc) This is how it works on Gravity Forms. How do I do this with Kadence Forms?

5. The way Gravity Forms can be setup, is a single email goes out, and both website owner and the customer get the email as carbon copy, and it has the lead submission details printed in the body of the email, and a note can be added to the top of the message saying something like THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUBMISSION, ETC< ETC> in the body is placed a tag: {all_fields} and it just prints the lead submission details. So essentially, in Gravity Forms there is one autoresponder which bcc website owner and customer on the lead form results email.

Can you tell me the exact locations of the files inside of Kadence plugin files, so that I can edit those files? I found the one for editing the website owner autoresponder, ( kadence-blocks/dist/templates/form-email.php ) but I could not find the one for editing the customer facing email? Also, I am lost with how I go about specifying that tag (such as {all_fields} so that it prints the lead submission details in body of email?

6. When the customer clicks reply on the autoresponder, what happens? Does it populate with the website owners email? Or does it populate the customers email? (essentially they will be emailing them self if that is the case, which would be silly). Hence, how do populate both the customers email and the website owners email?

7. How do I change the color of the background from grey to pink ? For the customer facing email? For the website owner email?

Trying to maintain sanity over here. HELP! : )
