Kadence Gallery Categories

Hi there,
I would like to edit the categories I created for my Kadence Gallery.

Currently, I have a category labeled “Branding & Design”. I’d like to change it to just say “Design”.
I’d also like to know if there is a location where I can efficiently add or edit categories, rather than having to click into the gallery, then onto a photo, and add from there, and not be able to edit – which is the only workaround I’ve discovered so far.
Lastly, I’d love to use Lato all caps font for the gallery categories – currently set as my H2 font, although I would want the font here to display much smaller than the H2 font is set – rather than Glacial Indifference, which is currently set as my body font. Do you have a suggestion for a CSS snippet I could use?
