Kadence H block shift left to right?

Hi there,
I am using Kadence Row Layout with a 2 column design. In left column I need/like to move it to the right side.
How do you do that? (without going into code view).
I tried to copy style and then past style, to no avail.
I tried to copy and paste via the keyboard. I tried copy and paste via the block itself. To no avail.
There never seem to be anyway to do this
Searching Google for help is also useless
