Kadence Importer Crashing in 15s

Hi,
I just bought your V-Premium and would like to install the Demo-3.
Unfortunatly the Kadence Importer dies each time after about 15s (far than 300).
I do have about 20 media files loaded but that is about it.
I am getting this message:
Sorry but your import failed. Most likely, it cannot work with your webhost. You will have to ask your webhost to increase your PHP max_execution_time (or any other webserver timeout to at least 300 secs) and memory_limit (to at least 196M) temporarily.
Of course my host (SiteGround) is telling me they can’t change the settings on shared accounts and basically hanging on me.
Is there another way to install the package?
I have seen other people having the same issue but didn’t find the answer.
