Kadence Slider Pro – Using transparent backgounds for text layers

Hi,
I have tried using a transparent background color with the rgba setting and is is stripped out from the output. If I use a solid color it works fine.
Specifically, I have a text layer with content <div style=”background:rgba(0,0,0,.4);”> my content</div> and it does not diaplay the background. If I specify a hex color, it does work.
Can you make it so it works with rgba settings?
