Kadence theme demo logo not changing?

Hi,
I installed the Agency demo on the Kadence theme. I uploaded my own logo and it has not changed. The site icon has changed to my uploaded icon. I am setting from Header in customise settings.
I should add, I have no caching or CDN setup yet.
