Landing Page media view

I want to use the the landing page as it looks @ *Login to see link as far as text placement with image on computer.
I am using top Padding in edit row in page builder @ 480px to push the text down below the color portion of the image. It looks fine until I see the media view where it leave a huge space. Can you please help with this? Thanks!
I am using this for the image to show up the correct way on all devices.
