How do I remove footer, header and white space from landing page?

I am using a revolution slider. In <theme options> <home slider> it says “Move header under slider ON/OFF” If I click ON then it changes the position of the header. If I click OFF it changes the position of the header. But nothing simply removes the header from the landing page.

As for the footer, I see no options to remove it from the landing page.

How do I do this without using code? I don’t know any code. And, if it is given to me, I don’t know where to place it. I am code illiterate.
