lay-out homepage messed up after http error 500

Hi,
During the past 24 hours I’ve been having issues with the website, getting http error 500 and not being able to access my site. I contacted my hosting support, renamed .htaccessfile, boosted php memory to 1000MB and deleted a few plugins. Now my website is ok again but the homepage is completely messed up. Some pages were just blank. I was wondering if there’s a problem with my theme (it started after the latest update). In the editor, my homepage is exactly as I built it but it displays as a mess. Any chance you know what’s going on and how I can fix this please?
