License – Invalid Request.

Hi,
When entering my License I get the following message:
The theme update API License Key has not been activated! Click here to activate the license api key
So, I click and it takes me to the Update API License Key page where I enter the license, but every time I get ‘Invalid Request’ – please advise, thank you.
