Limit Max Page width

I got this as a reply to a previous question (make home page smaller?) Go to the theme options > misc settings. Enabled the “Limit Max Page width” option.on…..at the time I seem to remember taking suggested action and everything was ok. My problem now is I am working on a new site and I can’t find “limit max page” option in misc settings now …..either it’s moved or I’m going blind ..please help
