link after shipping methode in cart

Hey there. I created the shipping methode “local pic up” and I want to create a link after that in cart an checkout. So when you are in the cart or checkout I want to have a link after the option “local pic up” to my contact page opening in a new tap, that they see where they can pic up their products. may someone can help me. 😀
