Logo not showing in mobile view

Hello,
This site’s logo is not showing in mobile view. I’ve used this theme several times and this is the first time I can’t see the logo in mobile. *Login to see link
One more question please…… Is there a way to make the topbar widget and the logo and menu hamburger icon “sticky” when you scroll in mobile? The Topbar widget does not show in mobile either and I added tap to call text in the widget.
Oh, and where can I make the logo a phone link instead of just linking to home page?
