Main Content Background – Not Resizing on Mobile

Here is the issue:
When looking on the site on a browser you will see the western look background image and when I resize the browser the background is responsive with all the content. However, when I pull it up directly on a tablet or a phone the background is not responsive and seems to zoom into the wood background at the upper right about coues deer.
Any thoughts?
