Margins / Border radius setting

Hi, while working on a new project there are some small tweaks I would like to do but are not possible from the editor directly:
On the infobox-block the container and media border radius cannot be set for individual corners
On the icon-block, icon cannot have a negative margin
Is this intentionally?
Also, is it possible in a column to have elements flow horizontally? For instance to have an icon next to a title?
