Margins white lines between row layouts

Hello, im practising kadence blocks and really want to switch using this but im having some problems or questions. Is it normal that you can see the sites background colors between row layouts? I’ve been fighting with margins. Is it normal that i have to cover those white spaces moving row layouts with margins?
Theres Gyazo Gif to show my problem: *Login to see link Edit: Just remembered that i switched to transparent header and there was big white gap between header and first row layout

Also pic to show my weird margins like 53.5, is this normal i have to do this?
