Media Search for entire gallery placed in the portfolio page

Hi Ben,
I know WordPress by default support searches though posts and pages for text. Is there any way we can do Media Search for entire gallery placed in the portfolio page, may be by the media file title or so.
For example, if I search “Tree”, it will show all the images having title/caption name as “Tree” from the entire portfolio and when clicking them, it will show in lightbox.
Can there any suggested Plugin/ or any future functionality planned to be incorporated. Please suggest.
