Menu funny spaces

I am trying to make the menu on this website look better – it seems really spaced out to me – but I have looked in the CSS and can’t find anything that I can see influencing it.
Can you help?
It’s particularly clear when you look at ‘training and colsultancy’ next to ‘qualifications’ seems like there’s a massive gap there?
