Menu Item – xxxx

Hi,
There was some customization done to display menu in the footer. The code below was added in the footer text widget. This was working but now does not work. I am not able to understand how & where “menu-item-1574” and “menu-item-1573″ come from. I presume this should be some reference.. How do I find if the reference is correct ?

You can check for the error at *Login to see link and click on the menu in the footer. About us works but guarantee gives a wired error which I cannot understand.
